Becky writes....I have been working for Vantage Sourcing since 2005. I really enjoy working here. It's more like a big family here. The management is kind and always willing to help even it it's a personal problem. The co-workers all get along great. We do work hard but still have fun - we have had a lot of laughs over the years I have been here. The pay is good for this area with lots of room for bonus. The benefits are great. We do a lot of fun things besides just work, that's for sure. There's alway a birthday around here. I love having a job working for such great people. I can look forward to coming in to work.
