Diane writes....Vantage Sourcing is the best employer that I have ever had in Dothan AL. I was barely out of training when I had a serious family issue. Not only did my co-workers respond with kindness and compassion, but also every level of management responded above and beyond my imagination. This call center is a family-oriented place to be. Not only do we give our best in our daily jobs, but so does the management. Excellent management means a good working environmenet which in turn produces loyal, productive & happy workers. We also are given excellent benefit options, paid time off (the most I have ever had in Dothan). This is the company that I have always needed & plan to retire from here someday. Team Vantage is not only a slogan that we wear on our Vantage Shirts, but it is the heart & soul of this company!
